Delta Dental, Regence, Premera (Lifewise), Cigna, Dentegra, and GEHA Dental Connection insurance plans are accepted. GEHA includes many plans from Aetna, UHC, United Concordia, and DenteMax. Click the underlined text above to see if your plan is on the payor list. Please call us if you have questions, and we’ll do our best to help you.

However, we are not accepting Medicaid (Apple Health) patients, and are not in-network with Medicaid due to severe reimbursement cuts that went into effect July 1, 2025. Our in-house membership and new patient special provide significant discounts on the quality care you deserve.

More Information

  • We accept all credit and debit cards. We do not accept cash or personal checks. 50% payment is required at time of scheduling larger procedures (crowns, bridges, implants, starting orthodontics, and root canals).

  • We are excited to offer payment plans through Cherry! These plans do not require a hard credit check. Click on “Financing” in the website menu to learn more.

  • Dental insurance is a misnomer. It is a pre-paid benefit that offers a discount when an office contracts with an insurance provider. The limit on what the insurance company covers is relatively low, frequently denied despite medical necessity, and ultimately tarnishes the patient-provider relationship. While we currently are in-network with several insurances, we may choose to go out-of-network if we see your care adversely affected. Please feel free to ask Dr. Walczak more about this at your next appointment.

  • Your oral health is important, and regular dental visits are critical to maintaining it. We offer an in-house membership plan that covers all of your exams, cleanings, and x-rays in a year and offers a 20% discount on our regular fees. You can find more information on this in our “In-House Benefits Plan” page from the menu.
