Two Cleanings
$700 annually or $65 monthly (Adults)
$500 annually or $45 monthly (Children 18 & under)
Perio
Four Cleanings
$1050 annually or $95 monthly
Fees for each plan include:
Two or four cleanings as recommended based on your gum health.
Standard 6 month exams.
All routine x-rays (bitewings and periapical).
Two fluoride treatments.
One emegency visit per year.
20% discount on all required treatment.
There is a $250 initiation fee, which includes a comprehensive exam and x-rays. This will determine which plan is best for you. Annual prices may change at your renewal. No refunds on annual dues, 12-month commitment required for monthly payments.
